The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London has recently awarded a record number of 665 newly graduated Level 4 graduates. This is a 25 per cent increase on the previous year, the institute reports. The students completed their training with 30 different providers in 18 countries.
This means that over the past 50 years, more than 10,000 wine professionals from around 70 countries worldwide have received training or further education at the WSET.
