The Fantastischen Vier are cooperating with Generation Riesling (GR) on their ongoing "Captain Fantastic" tour this year. After each of the thirteen concerts from Wien to Bremen, a Pinot Noir and a Riesling produced by GR young winemakers Kathrin Otte (32 years old) and Florian Zill (28 years old) will be available in the backstage area.
At the first concert of the "Fanta4" tour on 7 January, the two wines were used for the first time at the backstage buffet. This was preceded by a call of the German Wine Institute (DWI) among the young responsible persons of the wine industry. After a blind tasting of the wines from 80 participating wineries by a jury of experts and the final selection from the shortlist by the Fanta4 musicians, wines from GR members Kathrin Otte (Weingut Mehling, 2017 Riesling Forster Musenhang) and Florian Zill (Weingut Mussler, 2016 Spätburgunder) are now going on the "Captain Fantastic" tour.
