The Association of Independent Winegrowers South Tyrol (FWS) will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the traditional "Vinea Tirolensis" tasting on Wednesday, 16 October 2019 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bolzano trade fair. There 73 of the currently 100 member wineries will be serving over 350 wines. The event will take place at "Hotel 2019", a trade fair for the catering and hotel industry. Twelve smaller businesses were involved in the founding of the FWS in 1999. It sees itself as an association of the self-marketing businesses alongside the cooperative association. The FWS works closely with it, as well as with the association of wine merchants.
