With more than 6,600 exhibitors, the stands at the ProWein trade fair in Düsseldorf are already sold out. This was announced by the Düsseldorf trade fair company.

According to the organisers, the newcomers to the fair, which will take place from 18 to 20 March, include a joint stand of the Japanese government on the subject of sake and a large stand with various Palinka fruit brandies from Hungary. The newly conceived special show "same but different" is dedicated to the popular theme "Craft", which is in great demand among ProWein visitors. Around 50 exhibitors will be showing their products such as Craft Spirits, Craft Beer and Cider.

The organic section in Hall 13 of the trade fair is also set to become larger and more comprehensive. According to the organizer, trade visitors will find "all relevant organic associations from Germany, Italy and France as well as numerous individual exhibitors from all over the world" there. The "Organic World" special show will bring together around 40 international exhibitors in 2018. The organic section will be supplemented by a catering concept - the Organic Lounge - and a separate lecture area.

An extended range of products will also be on show in Hall 9, where "all exhibitors from overseas will now present themselves", writes the trade fair company. There are many new stands from growing nations such as Australia, Argentina, Canada, Chile, Chile, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.

In 2018, the Champagne Lounge will comprise around 40 champagne houses. It will be at the heart of the Champagne area, where around 150 other brands will be present in 2018.
