The award-winning sommelier André Macionga from the two-star restaurant "Tim Raue" in Berlin has founded a wine trade with which he exclusively offers self-composed cuvées. With the wineries Horst Sauer (Franconia), Markus Schneider (Palatinate), Klostermühle Odernheim (Nahe) and Neverland (Rheinhessen), Macionga has found four partners. A total of five limited-edition cuvées have been created so far, which can be ordered as single bottles, magnums and in some cases double magnums or as a limited collection. A cooperation with other winegrowers as well as new cuvées are currently being planned.
The sommelier puts together the cuvées from the ready-to-fill barrels or tanks according to his own ideas in cooperation with the winegrowers. However, Macionga does not make public the grape varieties and their proportions in a cuvée. The wines cost between 44 euros for the white wine "Unartig 2016" by Neverland up to 158 euros per bottle for the red wine "Kamanima" by Markus Schneider.
