The champagne house Veuve Clicquot has engaged a new winemaker. The responsibility for the wines is now taken over by Didier Mariotti, who has worked as Mumm's chief oenologist since 2009. He began his career with Nicholas Feuillatte and later moved to Mumm. He takes over the position from Dominique Demarville who, after 13 years as a winemaker, joins Laurent-Perrier.
