Due to an accident during production, red wine flowed from the taps in the Italian wine village of Settecani in Emilia-Romagna for more than an hour a few days ago. As the regional daily Gazzetta die Modena reports, the local cooperative, Cantina Settecani, made a mistake when filling its Lambrusco Grasparossa. The wine had got into the drinking water pipes and displaced the tap water due to the high pressure. The winegrowers' cooperative corrected the error as soon as it became known and asked the residents to apologise.
