The three-star chef Harald Wohlfahrt has founded an event and catering company with the Clüsserath-Weiler winery family from Trittenheim on the Moselle. This is reported in the Pforzheimer Zeitung. According to the commercial register of the Wittlich district court, Wohlfahrt has been appointed managing director together with Raphael Ianniello, the husband of the winery's junior manager Verena Clüsserath. Ianniello is a cook and a pupil of Johann Lafer. According to the entry, the object of the company is "catering, event gastronomy, event management and the rental of event equipment". Nothing has yet been revealed about the exact plans of the two.

Harald Wohlfahrt, until recently the patron of the three-star restaurant Traube Tonbach and Germany's most renowned chef, had to vacate his position after a labour court dispute before the Pforzheim labour court against the restaurant and hotel owner Heiner Finkbeiner a few weeks ago. The top chef now also advises the catering department of the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden.
