The Cava House Juvé & Camps has introduced the Gran Juvé & Camps 2015, its first Gran Reserva cava from organic production. The top product of the farm has matured for 42 months and is made from the organic varieties Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay. The cava is the first after almost 50 years of organic production. In the meantime, an area of 271 hectares has been converted to organic cultivation.
