The German Wine Institute (DWI) is launching a podcast series on wine and food topics. The audio contributions are now available for listening and downloading on Spotify, iTunes, Deezer and Soundcloud, as well as on a new topic page on the DWI website.
In the first episode, DWI Training Director Manuel Bretschi interviews the renowned "Master of Wine" Romana Echensperger, for example, on her career and the position of German wines in the international context. Further contributions have already been produced and are firmly planned for the editorial team, such as an interview with Dr. Jürgen Dietrich on the cultivation of wine on Lake Constance or with Mathias Storm on German wine in gastronomy.
The podcasts can be downloaded and are communicated via all DWI channels. "The media coverage of articles about German wines has been growing continuously for years, even outside the German-speaking world. With our new podcasts, we are adding audio contributions to our existing text, photo and video offerings and want to expand our reach even further," said Frank Schulz, Head of the Communications Department at DWI.
