The Bordeaux vintage 2018 is coming into the shops with significantly higher prices than 2017 due to the very high ratings. Now three top châteaux have also announced the prices for the current vintage. For example, the top Château Cheval Blanc 2018 currently costs just under 630 euros per bottle, which is around 17 per cent more expensive than 2017, while Château Lafite will be around eight per cent more expensive than 2017 and currently costs around 720 euros per bottle. The bottle prices of Haut-Brion, Margaux and Mouton will rise by about eleven percent. Château Figeac is taking a significant leap: at 214 euros, the 2018 costs around 40 percent more than 2017 and six percent more than 2016.
