Crémant's production has reached an all-time record of 107 million bottles in 2018. Olivier Sohler, Director of the National Federation of Crémant Producers FNPEC . However, the figure is still an estimate. According to this, the mark of more than 100 million in Alsace, Bordelais, Burgundy, the Jura, Liloux, the Die and the Loire will be reached relatively safely. So far, about 80 million bottles have been produced per year. The association had not expected the 100 million bottle mark until around 2025. The reason for the increase was the good weather conditions last year.
