Pierlot started working for the producer Vranken-Pommery Monopole in 2004 at the age of 24. In 2010 he became a member of the tasting team of Vranken, since 2014 he has been in charge of the oenological product development and took responsibility for the sparkling wine Louis Pommery produced in England.
Clément Pierlot has already been responsible for the 2017 vintage. In his work, ecological responsibility is particularly important to him, said Pommery.
