The state of Baden-Württemberg has revised the interpretation of the Corona Regulation on wine sales. Wine and spirits shops are closed there. Since 26.03.2020, the positive list of shops that are allowed to open includes vinotheques of wineries and winegrowers' cooperatives. In this list, wine sales are still permitted as "direct marketing directly at the place of production, without serving and tasting". The sale of mixed assortments with wine vinegar, grape seed oil, grape juice or other delicatessen is also permitted there.
In Rhineland-Palatinate, wine tasting is prohibited in the wineries, and sales from the farm and wine deliveries are also still possible under strict hygiene rules.
