The Burgundy winegrower and négociant Albert Bichot has converted his farm with 35 hectares of vineyards to certified organic production. With the 2018 vintage, all his own wines will be on sale with the organic seal, according to a statement by Bichot. According to managing director Guillaume Deglise, the winery began the conversion ten years ago, but only started the certification process five years ago. Since 2018 they have been completed and now carry the label "Ecocert Agriculture Biologique" on their label. Domaines Albert Bichot include Long-Depaquit in Chablis, Clos-Frantin and Château-Gris in Nuits-Staint-Georges, Domaine du Pavillion in Pommard, Domaine Adélie in Mercurey and Domaine de Rochegrès in Moulin-a-Vent.

In the next step, the Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chamblis with 65 hectares of vineyards is also to be certified. The farm is currently undergoing conversion, according to Bichot.
